a week!? a WEEK!?

it has been one whole week since i last updated my blog!? this is what having a life does to you :/ it makes you so busy you can't even blog >__<

some serious things to think about this week, i need to get my UCAS application sent off to all the universities that i would love to study Psychology and Criminology or Forensic Psychology at (Lincoln, Loughborough, Kent, Essex aaaand Edinburgh) eeeep! i am very, very excited ^__^ Lincoln is my first choice, the Uni was so lovely, the accommodation was brilliant and the area was perfect! 

my work load is catching up with me a little; have to re-do my english coursework, my tutor said my first draft was fine, but i don't want it to just be 'fine' i want it to be amazing! A++ and all that jazz (; i did work really quite hard on it :x but nevermind, that is why she's given us this time to improve it, and improvement has been made! i hope it is more than just fine now xD 

today i got back my history coursework and this was much better. . . i got my first A since being at college!! ^O^ yay :3 i cannot even begin to describe how happy this made me, seeing that red ink on the page -- i really worked my butt off for that xD 

my dog is dying to be taken out, so i am gonna give her a quick walk around the neighborhood ((: i promise i will speak tomorrow! much love

i am so sorry about not keeping up with my blog recently, this is really terrible, but do not worry! it's just because i've been going through some changes recently, they are good changes, it just means that i am a lot busier now than i used to be - but i will make sure that i make time for you! (;

i'm sure you are very interested to know what these changes are about. . .

am i right? (;

hehe, of course i am, well i will start off with the least shocking change - i sent a lot of clothes off to the charity the other day! it made me feel like i am a good person, and no, i've never done that before, but it really did make me feel really good, so i am sure that is not the last time :p another change!? yes, i am now on a diet, i say this every week, however, i never say that i am going to start exercising, but this time is different. i am going to start, particularly running/jogging, biking and swimming :D they are all pretty enjoyable ways of exercising and it'll get the job done so. . . :p and the final change?! i have a boyfriend ^__^ 

hehehe, pretty happy, things are pretty light at the moment, so we'll just see where this goes ((:

we are setting matthew (SEBASTIAN) up on a dating website, pretty sure this is against his will, but i don't know xD i'm sure there will be plenty of lovely, attractive, musical guys willing to do a little bump and grind with him (; got a wonderful picture of him to use on his new profile! i'm sure he will love it when he sees it ;D

tomorrow i am planning on doing a quick blog about some hairstyles, so that should be fun! :3 sorry about not tapping to you guys for so long, i _will_ make sure i am blogging more often (: much love.

chains and whips

helloo everybody! long time, no speak. . . sorry about that, but i've been pretty busy lately

i started my christmas shopping! woohoo :3 went into the town with my good friend jonny (http://jonnyonmusic.blogspot.co.uk/), bought some christmas cards and some very cute wrapping paper! i am really getting into the christmas spirit, but i know that i shouldn't be as it is only november, and when it comes to the 23rd of december, or something closer to the time, i am not going to be feeling as christmassy :/ but oh well! i feel good now :3 heheh ^O^

bought myself a happy meal, because you are what you eat, and i am happy :3 

hahaha, that sounded so cheesy, i'm sorry xD i couldn't help it :p 

i had my girlie, sorcha, round on friday afternoon, ate some wonderful chocolate and ice cream, (started my diet today, hahaa) had a really good catch up, and it was really needed as well <3 

went round a friends house for the first time in five years!? o; he should totally invite me round more often, right? (; hahaa, we watched 'the day after tomorrow', really scary, and it just made me feel cold most of the time i was watching it >__< but, it was very good. he has such a cute cat as well ^O^ absolutely adorable :3 i wanted to squeeze her, but thought that would be a bit weird for both him and the cat. . . hahaa :P

Expectations and Fifteen Questions.

i apologize for not blogging yesterday, i felt terrible, and couldn't even look at my computer screen for more than five minutes without feeling like i was going to be sick :c so, as you can imagine, i really didn't get up to much yesterday >__< 

tonight i thought i would reveal a little more about my personal life; and to do this i sent a text to all of my friends, asking for one random question - it turned out pretty well, got quiet a few, but have narrowed it down to the top fifteen! (:

okay. . . so, in no particular order we have question number one:

Q. what is your favourite meal?

A: spaghetti bolognese will always be the best meal out there, so delicious and tomatoes and squiggly pasta! so much fun in food :3 also, i've always wanted to bathe in spaghetti ^O^

question two:

Q: who is your favourite winnie-the-pooh character?

A: heeeee ^__^ oh, this is a tricky one :3 but i am going to have to say tigger :') he is just so full of life, and cute and that spring in his tail makes me happy! his movie makes me cry everytime, i can relate to him <3

question three:

Q: tell me about one of the times you laughed the hardest.

A: ahhh, which moment do i choose? i've had so many funny moments that have nearly made me wet myself, i'll tell you one, but it may not make you laugh, depends on how good your imagination is (; last year, my family was outside watching the fireworks on bonfire night, my mum was busy preparing dinner and so would come and join us outside every so often, meaning she would be going in and out of the house. we were watching the fireworks from the deck in our back garden, and to get back into the house we go through a sliding window door. do you see where i am going with this? (; she slid the door closed behind her, and watched the fireworks for a good ten minutes, turned around to go back into the house, forgot she closed the door and walked straight into it! me and my sisters were nearly crying with laughter! ahahahahaaaa xD i'm still laughing about it to this day :')

question four:

Q: what do you look for in a guy?

A: hmmm. . . i feel as if i have answered this question quite a few times recently, hahaaa :3 i love blue eyes on men, sooo much <3 they are just so gorgeous, and i love it when a man can make a woman laugh, i think that is very sexy, and a must have in a relationship, and vice versa (: and he should be a good listener as well, that's always a great turn on ^__^ 

question five:

Q: what's your favourite element?

A: hmmmm. . . if electricity counted (and some people think it does, and some people think it doesn't) i would choose that, but i'll play it safe and just say the simple fire :p 

question six:

Q: what is your horoscope?

A: i'm the goat thing - the Capricorn (; i have always wanted to be a Leo though, simply because it is a lion, and everyone knows, lions own goats xD however, goats are still great, obviously, because i'm one. . . baaahaha (goat sounds) (;

question seven: 

Q: the best smell?

A: this one is easy! coconut :3 it's so lovely, and it makes me feel so relaxed, it reminds me of so many good times, it's weird, whenever i'm happy i just smell the smell of coconuts, hahaha. . . is that weird? ^___^ 

question eight:

Q: what is one of the worst habits you have?

A: not thinking before i speak >__<

question nine:

Q: Angels or Devils?

A: Angels all the way ((: although a bit of a mixture is sometimes nice as well, hahaha (; Angels are always beautiful, and they have the better wings :3

Q: why were you off college yesterday?

A: i was sick, spewing everywhere, gross >__<

A: oh, you know i do (; hahahaa :p

A: easy! a lion :3 no doubt or second thinking about it (;

A: ahhh, it's pretty unique i'd say, i have a good relationship with them, pretty normal, we fall out, we love each other, it's just like a rollercoaster; full of ups and downs (:

A: i'm thinking that. . . i am really happy. seriously, truly happy; i have everything right now, that i've ever wanted :3

aaaand last, but not least!

Q: what is the best hot drink on a winter's day, and what is the best cold drink on a summer's day?

A: good question! ((: the best hot drink would have to be a lovely mug of hot cocoa, with squirty cream and marshmellows :3 not to mention the lovely chocolate sprinkles that go on top of that (; mmmm, heaven ^O^ and the best cold drink. . . well, that would have to be a lovely tall glass of lemonade, with ice and a straw, best drunk outside sun bathing with your siblings ((:

k-POP!

so, my friend Sean has just introduced me to this new style of music called 'k-pop' (short for 'Korean Pop') and particularly Girls Generation/S.N.S.D. The girls of this group are actually more stunning that freaking lasers or Dalek's exterminators >__< They are _all_ so naturally beautiful that I'm completely jealous whenever they are on the screen in the music video (which is most of the time, unsurprisingly); it just makes me want to cry.

take a look for yourselves, have a hit on your self-esteem like the rest of the population :C 

yes, there are nine _different_ ladies here: Taeyeon, Hvoyeon, Seohyun, Sooyoung, Yoona, Jessica, Tiffany, Sunny and Yuri, and yes, they are really that gorgeous.

11th November

oh noes! i didn't manage to do a post yesterday - i'm really sorry :c 

it's because i spent all of my Sunday doing my history coursework, nothing really happened, i feel pretty ill now though :/ but happy and very proud of myself! i managed to finish my history coursework with four hundred words to spare for a good conclusion, i'm hoping i will be able to send it off to dave, my tutor, for him to read over and tell me where i can improve :3 i really would like at least a B overall in history this year :') want to be able to get into a good university! especially if it is one of my top three out of the five options i have chosen xD 

spent the whole day in my trackies and batman hoodie - woop woop! 

lazy days are always some of my favourite days (; and i'm eighty-three percent sure that i strained my brain yesterday, it was pounding when i went to bed :c but nevermind, maybe that will make me a little bit smarted, hehe ^__^ 

anyways, i am absolutely shattered, so i'm gonna go and take a power nap! i will talk to you later about everything that happened today, we have much to discuss (; until then!

i don't know why i'm so happy, i need to write 2,000 words before monday morning, and i wanted to go out sunday as well; oh well - i guess that's ruined :c my own fault though, so i can't really complain :p

i do know why i'm so happy. . . you wanna know the reason? (; of course you do. 

well. . . the reason. . . is. . . i just had this boy around :3 he really does know how to make me laugh; kept on trying to serenade me, two words sung and he can't keep a straight face, then i can't keep a straight face, then we just laugh at his failure. hahahaa :p

by the way, the title of this post is a lyric from Jesse McCartney's song 'Beautiful Soul', it's a lovely song and one of my all time favourites ^O^

for a saturday, i haven't been very sociable, however i have been really quite productive - i went to Tesco's with my daddy and did the monthly shop (at least. . . i hope it was the monthly shop!!), then i came home, tidied up my bedroom, did some washing, then wrote 1,000 words for my history coursework, and then i had kyle over ((: very good day overall i think :3 

i am going to finish tonight by drinking a cuppa hot chocolate, and putting on a short film, just to wind down before i fall asleep ^__^

i love those time when you are blissfully happy and you can't stop smiling :'D also, the new thing i did today? i learnt how to do a 'fishtail braid' - totally killed my arms, but looks so pretty! :3

good evening (:

today has been a good day; but right now i am feeling very much in love with my bed, i feel as if it is calling me to come and keep it company, which i would do gladly, but i thought i would write this blog post first (; see how much all you lovely people mean to me? :p

it's a friday evening, and i don't want to do anything :c i feel pretty sick to be honest, but that's probably some sort of sleep deprivation side affect, haha (: as soon as i got back home my daddy made me a hot cup of cocoa, which was so thick and smooth, warmed me right up :'D then i pulled my fluffy socks on and wrapped myself up in jumpers and shoved some wood into the fire -- the temperature in my house is too cold! >__<

i did a little bit of drawing, whilst listening to "hedley - heaven's gonna wait" and "florence and the machine - never let me go" (both of these songs are amazing by the way and if you haven't heard them:

fire away, fire away.

helloo all (:

i had my first lesson of english language and literature this morning since being back at college, and this was a brilliant first lesson. we had a test and i scored joint highest with some guy whose name i do not know yet, i think it may be alex, but don't hold me to that (; we both scored 19/21 on this test, and i was pretty proud of myself for it ^__^ 

i had a free next, and i spent this time with my wonderful matthew!! (: (matthew, btw, is my gorgeous best friend, and if any guys are interested, he is single) we had a really good catch up as we haven't seen each other in a long time; both of us were pretty busy during the holidays :3 he bought me a sausage roll! which reminds me - i need to pay him back for that (; 

i have a new fascination! would you like to guess what it is. . ? i bet you can't :p it is pastel coloured nail varnish! at the moment i have my index and ring fingers painted a pastel green ('mint green') while my thumbs, middle and little fingers are painted a pastel pink ('pink flamingo')! i adore them so much :3 and when i got into college today i saw that my friend, laura, also had pastel green nail varnish on! this must be the new trend! ^__^ i'm using 'barry m': cheap + good polish = perfection! ((:

(i apologize for the webcam quality >__<) just one more thing i want to chat about before i let you get on with your everyday things; do you want to do the same thing everyday? i want a change from my boring life! i am going to start making my life worth living; and i'm starting with this blog, everyday i will try something different (probably be an activity, or a food, or some makeup tutorial, or anything!) but it will be new and exciting!

Here we go.

so today was my first day back at College; was good, only had one lesson which was history, but dave didn't show, so i came home early. . . also, my coursework is going quite well, should be finished by the end of the week i think (: 

once i got back i was so hungry, this is what winter does to me - turns me into a hungry hippo, and whatever food i see first is what i want, which is not good as i am sure this will eventually pack on the pounds, but hey ho, it's winter, i'm going into hibernation, that is my excuse. . . hehe (;

i wanted to finish tidying my room, it's been a project of mine for a few weeks now; i got some new bedding and curtains and want to completely transform my room to match the theme (the bedding is navy and white with printed swallows), so i want to keep my room quite simple and get rid of all the pink! i didn't realize how much pink i had in my bedroom! it's faaar too much xD 

also, i decided i would do some clothes designs :') tell me what you think, please? ^__^ i'm really happy with the jumpsuit, i would definitely wear that out, especially on a warm summers day; would you?

but it's okay, i know i can do most of it tonight, when i'm more relaxed and it's not so hot; my radiator is broken and it's on constant full heat at the moment, can hardly stay in my room for more than ten minutes before i feel like i need a jug of water!

i know, her eyes are huge, and her nose is tiny, i'm not good with proportions, okay? >__< i'm happy with the hair, the lips and the ear though, especially that feather earring, wish i looked like this (:

hellooo,

i thought i would start this blog off by introducing myself, my name is bekah, i was born on january 15th 1995 and i live in norwich, england (:

i love drawing, reading, writing and shopping :3 so expect to see some outfit of the days, clothes designs, random doodles and maybe even some extracts of stories (; 

some of my favourite things? pastel colours, jewellery, snow, music, dresses, cups of hot-chocolate on a winters day, irregular choice shoes, and i don't want to bore you, so i'll stop there ^__^
