so, we're not dead yet; hoorah!

i took this opportunity to go out into my city centre and buy ALL THE THINGS i needed to buy for Christmas :3 bought friends and family, and was so tempted to buy something for myself, but decided against it, probably find it under the tree in fourr days anyway (; 

my wrapping paper is soo cute, or at least i think so ^__^ i cannot believe how quickly this year has gone, feels like just yesterday i was in high school, and now i'm thinking about going off to uni! it really scares me o;but i guess that is just what happens. . . you grow up, you grow old, except if you're peter pan of course :p
i do have so many things i would like to say, but it's late and my back is killing me, so i guess it will have to wait until tomorrow; thankyouu again for taking the time to read this, i really do appreciate it (: should leave me a comment or something!

what, what are you saying? oh, you're breaking up on me, sorry i cannot hear you, i'm kind of busy.

just a little bit of lady gaga to warm myself up for making a biiig apology - twelve days.

it's been twelve whole days since i last updated this wonderful blog, and i'm really really sorry about that :c i have been super busy; revising for my exams in january, as well as spending a lot of time with the boyfriend, the best friends and the family (: yusss, i have been a very busy bumble bee also, i have a tumblr now ((: you should definitely check it out, it's my baby ^__^

gaaah, i love it so much, the people on there are SO MUCH lovelier than on any other site i have ever been on, but i know that they can whack their claws out and do some serious damage when they need to :p and i already have more followers than those that i am following (: which makes me super happy :'D 

i think for a new years resolution i will try to update this more often. . . but i know i'm going to have a lot, so i might do it a bit differently this year, and have just one, and as soon as i have completed it, do another one ((: so i'll always have little milestones, rather than massive boulders (: that was quite poetic of me i think ^__^

oh yeah, i've lost 8lbs since october; so i am incredibly happy ((: been doing my exercise and watching what i've been eating (not too closely though) but my body is like that, it can gain and lose weight soo easily, and i can tell when i begin to be uncomfortable in my skin >__<

anywho, i have an early start tomorrow so i'm going to go to bed (: goodnight all!

baking brownies

good morning all! 

i told you i would tap to you more often, it's only been. . . two days is it? that we last spoke - still too long, i know - but much better than the weekly updates (:

i've got my advent calendar [didn't get it until the 6th, so had to eat six all in one go ;)] it's cute, nothing fancy though i'm afraid :p

I am sorry about the photo, my screen is broken and it is difficult to see, this was the best one out of ten, haha xD but yeah, it has Rudolf (day 15 is on his big red nose ^O^), Santa, Herbert - the bird, and  at the moment there is no name for the elf, so I think I'll just call him Bertie; Bertie the Elf ((: A very male-dominated advent calendar apparently :p this morning i opened up door number eight to find a chocolate in the shape of a snowman :3 how exciting! we had snow for the first time yesterday as well! it must be a sign!!!

i can't wait till it settles into that beautiful pure snow that you can make snow angels and have snow ball fights in :3 my sister makes the best snowmen, i've never really had any talent in it xD the only part i'm good at is the face :p  

speaking of things i'm good at; i found out i am really quite good at baking; i'm waiting for my boyfriend to wake up so i can go over and bake some brownies! >:c but he's all hungover and stuff from going out with the 'lads' (; hahaha :p

i'm really excited :3 if they turn out will i shall take a picture and upload it so you can all see how good a baker i am ((: good at baking; terrible at cooking xD i've burnt spaghetti both time i tried to cook it! as in. the actual spaghetti strands :L yeah, i'm gonna have to learn before i go off to uni ^__^ which i am also very excited about by the way :'D but i need to pace myself - start a proper revision timetable for over the Christmas Holidays :/ i have three exams in January and i am bricking it; one is a day after my birthday >:c but i can do it! i'm sure i can ^__^ 

anywho, i am gonna go wake this lazy boy up, speak soon.

IT'S CHRISTMAS TIME!!!!

okay, so one of them is a conjunction of two words, but it still counts (: one of the best holidays (in my opinion) is quickly approaching and i have to say that as the days get colder and the nights grow darker, i am slowly becoming more and more excited!

just down the road have recently put up their christmas decorations - they really go all out. there's a vast range of colours: blues, purples, yellows, greens, reds; along with white icicles and a lovely inflatable Father Christmas climbing up to the chimney! it looks absolutely fantastic, and what is even better is the house opposite is always in competetion to be the house with the best lights, i don't know yet who will win, last time it was house no. 1 (the house that has already got it's christmas lights up) but who knows? maybe house no. 2 will be able to pull some new things out of the sleigh this year (; hahaa, i'm so funny xD

i know that some of you are thinking that it is too early to start getting this excited about christmas, but i really can't help it; when i see candy canes or christmas trees the inside of me goes all warm, or when i find out there just might be snow in two weeks time i can't help but feel my life is complete *__* 

the christmas holidays always makes me feel so much closer to my family as well, at the moment we have Grandma and my older sister and her baby down from London ((: her partner is still there at the moment as he is working, and when it comes to christmas day they will all be together as a family, and i don't doubt that he will probably want to spend time with his brother and parents (: it's just such a great way to spend an indoor day, with those you love :3 

i don't know what has come over me recently, maybe it's the holidays, maybe it's the late nights, but i have become very soppy, and blaaah >__< i'm not sure whether i like it or not :p ahahahahahaa ^__^

 in other news, i am getting my hair cut tomorrow; i am very excited about this ^__^ and i will also be getting it dyed (PURPLE!?!) this coming saturday, which I am very excited about ((:

it's very late now though, so i am going to go to bed, thank you for reading this, i hope you enjoyed my ramblings on christmas time!

a week!? a WEEK!?

it has been one whole week since i last updated my blog!? this is what having a life does to you :/ it makes you so busy you can't even blog >__<

some serious things to think about this week, i need to get my UCAS application sent off to all the universities that i would love to study Psychology and Criminology or Forensic Psychology at (Lincoln, Loughborough, Kent, Essex aaaand Edinburgh) eeeep! i am very, very excited ^__^ Lincoln is my first choice, the Uni was so lovely, the accommodation was brilliant and the area was perfect! 

my work load is catching up with me a little; have to re-do my english coursework, my tutor said my first draft was fine, but i don't want it to just be 'fine' i want it to be amazing! A++ and all that jazz (; i did work really quite hard on it :x but nevermind, that is why she's given us this time to improve it, and improvement has been made! i hope it is more than just fine now xD 

today i got back my history coursework and this was much better. . . i got my first A since being at college!! ^O^ yay :3 i cannot even begin to describe how happy this made me, seeing that red ink on the page -- i really worked my butt off for that xD 

my dog is dying to be taken out, so i am gonna give her a quick walk around the neighborhood ((: i promise i will speak tomorrow! much love

i am so sorry about not keeping up with my blog recently, this is really terrible, but do not worry! it's just because i've been going through some changes recently, they are good changes, it just means that i am a lot busier now than i used to be - but i will make sure that i make time for you! (;

i'm sure you are very interested to know what these changes are about. . .

am i right? (;

hehe, of course i am, well i will start off with the least shocking change - i sent a lot of clothes off to the charity the other day! it made me feel like i am a good person, and no, i've never done that before, but it really did make me feel really good, so i am sure that is not the last time :p another change!? yes, i am now on a diet, i say this every week, however, i never say that i am going to start exercising, but this time is different. i am going to start, particularly running/jogging, biking and swimming :D they are all pretty enjoyable ways of exercising and it'll get the job done so. . . :p and the final change?! i have a boyfriend ^__^ 

hehehe, pretty happy, things are pretty light at the moment, so we'll just see where this goes ((:

we are setting matthew (SEBASTIAN) up on a dating website, pretty sure this is against his will, but i don't know xD i'm sure there will be plenty of lovely, attractive, musical guys willing to do a little bump and grind with him (; got a wonderful picture of him to use on his new profile! i'm sure he will love it when he sees it ;D

tomorrow i am planning on doing a quick blog about some hairstyles, so that should be fun! :3 sorry about not tapping to you guys for so long, i _will_ make sure i am blogging more often (: much love.

chains and whips

helloo everybody! long time, no speak. . . sorry about that, but i've been pretty busy lately

i started my christmas shopping! woohoo :3 went into the town with my good friend jonny (http://jonnyonmusic.blogspot.co.uk/), bought some christmas cards and some very cute wrapping paper! i am really getting into the christmas spirit, but i know that i shouldn't be as it is only november, and when it comes to the 23rd of december, or something closer to the time, i am not going to be feeling as christmassy :/ but oh well! i feel good now :3 heheh ^O^

bought myself a happy meal, because you are what you eat, and i am happy :3 

hahaha, that sounded so cheesy, i'm sorry xD i couldn't help it :p 

i had my girlie, sorcha, round on friday afternoon, ate some wonderful chocolate and ice cream, (started my diet today, hahaa) had a really good catch up, and it was really needed as well <3 

went round a friends house for the first time in five years!? o; he should totally invite me round more often, right? (; hahaa, we watched 'the day after tomorrow', really scary, and it just made me feel cold most of the time i was watching it >__< but, it was very good. he has such a cute cat as well ^O^ absolutely adorable :3 i wanted to squeeze her, but thought that would be a bit weird for both him and the cat. . . hahaa :P
